Racing in Fall 2024
The uOttawa Baja SAE team will race in at the fall Baja SAE event in Holly Michigan.
What are we working on
Chassis
We are making heavy changes to the chassis of the car by moving away from a rear-braced design and moving to a front-braced design. This is to allow for more flexibility in drive drain placement
Drivetrain
As this is the first season uOttawa Baja will compete with the new Kolar engines the drive train design will be totally reimagined.
Suspension
This season we aim to simplify the manufacture of the suspension and improve its overall strength.
